This is a vampire witch or vampiric demon of the Oraon hill tribe in Bengal, India.
Using the form of a cat it preys on the old and sick by stealing their food and poisoning what it leaves behind. It can also outright kill someone by licking their lips. It also can take on a were-cat form (which renders it indestructible)
In cat form it has no special weaknesses – anything that kill a cat will work. In human form a wooden or iron stake driven through the heart or prolonged exposure to sunlight will work.
